Dining

Our staff in the kitchen work hard to provide meals that are savory and delicious. The dining hall can sit 250 people and meals are served buffet style. Any uneaten food goes straight to our compost system and into our garden!

Freshly Baked Pizza

Meals vary per occasion and our staff can accommodate a variety of special dietary needs. Our breakfasts always include fresh fruit, juice, and milk. Lunch and dinner includes fresh fruit, salad, side courses, and dessert.

Healthy Salad

Our kitchen staff are well-versed in allergy protocol and special dietary needs. Though we cannot guarantee a facility free of all potential allergens, we have implemented preventative measures in order to minimize the risk to our guests with severe food allergies.
