Once a date has been set, a contract and deposit are required to secure your reservation.
Yes. All of our lodges, cabins, and meeting spaces have access to wireless internet, as well as the dining hall and barn. It is noted that there is no cellular service at the Ranch, but you can utilize wireless calling on most smart phones. In an emergency there several landlines available.
Hicks Valley Fire Department would be called in the event of an emergency. Our staff are well-trained in incident-command systems and there are three managers with emergency medical training who are “on call” as needed.
Our kitchen staff are well-versed in allergy and food safety, especially regarding tree and peanut allergies. Because of the increasing prevalence of nut allergies, we are a nut-free facility. We can also accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets. If you have further questions, please contact us.
West Marin is famous for its cheese, oysters, farmland, and open space. If you have time, check out our neighboring towns! There is plenty to do, from walks in the hills to free cheese tastings at Cowgirl Creamery.
Point Reyes - This seaside town at the base of Tomales Bay is the stopping point for many people exploring the national seashore. Book a kayaking tour, support a local bookstore, hike around, and explore artist’s galleries.
Petaluma - The land of butter and eggs is not just for foodies, with its cute main street and restaurants. Traditions like Dia de Los Muertos are big here, as is the Antique Fair and Petaluma’s Salute to American Graffiti.
Sonoma - Whether hiking the Sonoma Mountains or looking for a scenic drive, there is much to do here. From canoeing on the Russian River to wandering the town, there is something for everyone here.
