Our staff in the kitchen work hard to provide meals that are savory and delicious. The dining hall can sit 250 people and meals are served buffet style. Any uneaten food goes straight to our compost system and into our garden!
Meals vary per occasion and our staff can accommodate a variety of special dietary needs. Our breakfasts always include yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and milk. Lunch and dinner includes fresh fruit, salad, side courses, and dessert.
Our kitchen staff are well-versed in allergy protocol and special dietary needs. Because of the increasing prevalence of nut allergies, we are a nut-free facility. We can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, as well as more specific requests. If you have further questions, please contact our food service manager, Eric Briggs.
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
In addition to our meals in the dining hall, we also offer coffee, tea, and snack services that we can bring to various meeting locations.
