Marin County Office of Education (MCOE) has run an outdoor education program since 1965. The program moved to its current home at Walker Creek Ranch in 1990. MCOE serves 18 school districts in Marin County under Superintendent John Carroll. Walker Creek Ranch serves students throughout the greater Bay Area.
