Our staff in the kitchen work hard to provide meals that are savory and delicious. The dining hall can sit 250 people, and we can also host a special meal in our rustic barn under the lights. We look forward to working with you and planning a special menu for your celebration.
We want your celebration to be special. You can plan the menu for your wedding or commitment ceremony with our chef, or you can select meal plans that previous guests have loved. An example evening meal is our baked salmon in a buttered herb sauce with a side of roasted vegetables and rice pilaf. For breakfast, we often serve our classic spinach frittata with sides of homemade granola and Straus yogurt. These are some of the many options we offer.
Our kitchen staff are well-versed in allergy protocol and special dietary needs. Because of the increasing prevalence of nut allergies, we are a nut-free facility. In addition to our meals in the dining hall, we also offer coffee, tea, and snack services that we can bring to various meeting locations.
